Definitions
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
 
 
 
 
1[(a) “Collector” means a Collector of Customs appointed under section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969; and]
 
 
 
 
(b) “the Committee” means the Bangladesh Food and Agriculture Committee.
