Disclosure of information relating to proceedings under this Ordinance
16. Any person who, without the previous authorisation of the Government, discloses or publishes any information with respect to any proceedings or with respect to any person proceeded against under this Ordinance, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both.
