Interpretation
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “port” means a “major port” as defined in sub-section (8) of section 3 of the
Ports Act, 1908;
(b) “protected area” means an area declared to be a protected area under the next succeeding section.
