An Act to provide for the retention in service of certain persons enrolled for service in the Bangladesh Navy.1♣

 
 
 
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the retention in service of certain persons enrolled for service in the Bangladesh Navy;
 
 
 
 
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
 
 
 

Short title and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the 2[* * *] Navy (Extension of Service) Act, 1950.
 
 
 
 
(2) It shall come into force at once.

    Throughout this section, the word “Bangladesh” was substituted for the word “Pakistan” by section 2(a) of প্রতিরক্ষা কর্মবিভাগ (কতিপয় আইন সংশোধন) আইন, ২০১৬ (২০১৬ সনের ১৫ নং আইন)
