29. (1) All rents determined under this Chapter and entered in the record-of-rights finally published under section 19, shall, subject to the provisions of section 53, be deemed to have been correctly determined and to be fair and equitable for the purposes of this Act. (2) No suit shall be brought in any Civil Court in respect of the determination of any rent to the determination of which the provisions of this Chapter apply or in respect of the omission to determine any such rent.
