Certain sections not applicable to future acquisition
1[60A. The provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section 3, clause (7) of section 44 and sections 61 to 68 shall not apply in the case of acquisition of rent-receiving interests on or after the date of coming into force of the East Bengal State Acquisition and Tenancy (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.]
