Recovery of advance rent or bid money realised by outgoing rent-receivers
1[76B. When the Revenue-officer is satisfied that a rent-receiver, whose interests have been acquired under this Act, has realised any amount on account of the rent or bid money or consideration money in respect of any such interests for any period subsequent to such acquisition he may recover such amount or any part thereof from such rent-receiver as a public demand.]
