Delegation of the powers of the Government
1[77A. The Government may, by notification, direct that any power conferred or duty imposed by this Act upon the Government shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercised or performed also by any officer or authority subordinate to it.]
