(1) Upon the final confirmation of a scheme for consolidation of holdings under section 125, the Revenue-officer shall cause the record-of-rights, maintained under this part, to the village or villages to which such scheme relates, to be modified in accordance with the scheme as finally confirmed; and every tenant affected by such scheme shall be entitled to obtain free of cost from the Revenue-officer a copy of the record-of-rights, so modified, containing the entries as relating to him. (2) When a scheme for the consolidation of holdings has been finally confirmed under section 125, it shall take effect from the beginning of the agricultural year next after the date of the final confirmation of such scheme.
