Indemnity
9. (1) No suit or legal proceeding shall lie against the Government in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act.
 
 
 
 
(2) No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act.
