An Act to make provisions for the protection of service tenants from ejectment.

 
 
 
WHEREAS it is expedient to make provisions for the protection of service tenants from ejectment;
 
 
 
 
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
 
 
 

Short title and extent
1. (1) This Act may be called the 1[* * *] Service Tenants (Protection) Act, 1952.
 
 
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of 2[Bangladesh].
