Any person subject to this Act who,-(a) without having obtained a regular discharge from the corps or unit to which he belongs, or without having otherwise fulfilled the conditions enabling him to enrol or enter, enrols himself in, or enters the same or any other corps or unit or any part of the Bangladesh Forces regular or non-regular; or(b) is concerned in the enrolment in any of the Bangladesh Forces, regular or non-regular, of any person whom he knows or has reason to believe to be so circumstanced that by enrolling he commits an offence against this Act or against ¹[* * *] the Air Force Act, 1953 or the Navy Ordinance, 1961;shall, on conviction by court martial, be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, or with such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
