41. Any person subject to this Act who commits any of the following offences, that is to say,-(a) malingers or feigns or produces disease or infirmity in himself, or intentionally delays his cure or aggravates his disease or infirmity; or(b) with intent to render himself or any other person subject to this Act unfit for service, voluntarily causes hurt to himself or such other person; or(c) is guilty of any disgraceful conduct of a cruel, indecent or unnatural kind;shall, on conviction by court martial, be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years or with such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
