Any person subject to this Act who abets the commission of any offence 1[specified in this Act], or of any offence punishable under 2[* * *] the Air Force Act, 1953, or the Navy Ordinance, 1961, such offence being of the same nature as an offence 3[specified in this Act], shall, on conviction by court martial, be punished with the punishment provided for such offence in this Act or in 4[* * *] the Air Force Act, 1953, or in the Navy Ordinance, 1961, as the case may be, or with such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
