PENAL DEDUCTIONS

Authorised deductions only to be made from pay
64. The pay and allowances of an officer, 1[junior commissioned officer] or of any person enrolled under this Act shall be paid without any deductions other than deductions authorised by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
