14 Bar to jurisdiction of Civil Court
14. Every order under section 3 or section 3A 1[or section 3B or section 3C or section 3D] or section 4 or section 5 or section 6 or section 9 shall, subject to the provision of section 15, be final and shall not be called in question in any Civil Court.
