IMPROVEMENT SCHEMES AND RE-HOUSING SCHEMES

1[51A. (1) When any improvement or re-housing scheme or re-building scheme has been framed for execution in any area outside the City or Municipality, the provisions of sections 45 to 51 shall not apply.
