Enforcement of Liabilities

Procedure if the Mayor of the Corporation or Chairman of the Paurashava fails to make any payment due to the Kartripakkha
1[120. If the Mayor of the Corporation or Chairman of the Paurashava fails to make any payment as required by section 103 or section 119, the Government may attach the Corporation or Paurashava Fund, and may direct the Corporation or Paurashava to increase the tax on the annual value of buildings and lands levied by them to such extent as may be necessary for the purpose of making such payment.]
