Budget Estimates

Receipt of moneys and deposit in Bank
129. (1) All moneys at the credit of the Kartripakkha shall be kept in the 1[Bangladesh Bank].
 
 
 
 
(2) All moneys payable to the Kartripakkha shall be received by the Chairman, and shall forthwith be paid into the aforesaid Bank to the credit of any account which shall be styled “The Account of the 2[Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha]”.
