Accounts

Publication and transmission of an abstract of the accounts
150. As soon as practicable after the receipt of the said report, the Kartripakkha shall prepare an abstract of the accounts to which it relates, and shall publish such abstract by notification, and shall send a copy of the abstract to 1[Mayor of the Corporation or Chairman of the Paurashava] and to Government.

    The words “Mayor of the Corporation or Chairman of the Paurashava” were substituted for the words “Chairman of Municipal Committee” by section 2 of the Town Improvement (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Act No. XXIX of 1987)
