SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS

Penalties

Penalty for use of land in zone plan in contravention of section 74
186. Whoever uses any land, included in a zone plan, in contravention of section 74, shall be punishable-
 
 
 
 
(i) with fine which may extend to 1[one thousand] taka, and
 
 
 
 
(ii) with a further fine which may extend to 2[one hundred] taka for each day after the first during which such contravention continues.
