SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS

Penalties

Penalty for failure to comply with requisition made by auditor
188. If any person fails to comply with any requisition made under section 145, he shall be punishable-
 
 
 
 
(a) with fine which may extend to 1[one thousand] taka, or
 
 
 
 
(b) in case of a continuing failure, with fine which may extend to 2[five hundred] taka for each day after the first during which the failure continues.
