Definitions
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “cadet” means a school boy who is deemed to be enrolled as a cadet under sub-section (1) of section 5;
[(b) “Chief of Army Staff” means the Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army;]
(c) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
