Definitions
2. In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “foodstuffs” and “notified order” shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the [* * *] Control of Essential Commodities Act, 1956.
(b) “Special Magistrate” means Special Magistrate appointed under this Act.
