Limit of accommodation
25. The Corporation shall not grant or make any such loan as is mentioned in clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 24 to an extent which in the aggregate exceeds 10 per centum of the paid-up share capital:
Provided that in individual cases the limit of ten per centum may be relaxed by the Government for special reasons on the recommendation of the Corporation, but in no case shall the amount of any loan exceed three lakhs of taka.
