Limit of loans
28. The Corporation shall not make loans in excess of the following aggregate limits, namely:-
(a) when made to an individual -Tk 50,000.
(b) when made to a company - Tk 1,00,000:
Provided that the above limits may be relaxed by the Government in special cases for special reasons on the recommendation of the Corporation subject to the limit prescribed in the proviso to section 25.
