Public servants
1[42A. The Chairman, Directors, Officers, advisers or employees of the Corporation shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 2[* * *] Penal Code.]
