The Agricultural Census Act, 1958

Definitions
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context:-
 
 
 
 
(a) “census” means agricultural census;
 
 
 
 
(b) “census officer” means an officer appointed for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act 1[;
 
 
(c) “Director-General” means the Director-General of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics.]
