Definitions
2. In this Ordinance unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-
(a) “Commission” means a Commission of Inquiry appointed or deemed to have been appointed under section 3;
(b) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under section 12; and
(c) “President” means the President of the Commission.
