Land required under this Ordinance to be deemed to be needed for a public purpose under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894
61. Whenever it appears to the Government that any land is required for any of the purposes of this Ordinance, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of 1[section 3 of the Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Ordinance, 1982 (Ord. No. II of 1982)].
