ESTABLISHMENT
Immunity of the Authority and its employees
21. (1) The Chairman, Members, Officers and other employees of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the [* * *]
Penal Code, 1860.
(2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority, the Chairman, Members or Officers and other employees of the Authority in respect of anything done or intended to be done, in good faith, under the Ordinance.
