Outline Programme and Improvement Schemes

Power to sanction or reject improvement scheme
1[36A. The Government may sanction, either with or without modification, or may refuse to sanction, any improvement scheme or rehousing scheme submitted to it under section 36 but in either case, it shall communicate its decision to the Authority within four months from the date of receipt of the scheme from the Authority.
