19. (1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations not inconsistent with this Ordinance or rules made thereunder to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for- (a) the procedure of meeting of the Board; (b) the investment of the Corporation's funds; and (c) the sale or transfer of shares under sub-section (8) of section 14.
