¹[41. (1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, establish one or more Pure Food Court, as it considers necessary, in each district and metropolitan area for the purpose of this Ordinance. (2) The Court shall consist of an officer who is vested with the power of a Magistrate of the first class and who shall have to impose any sentence provided in this act. (3) The Government may specify, by notification in the official Gazette, the territorial jurisdiction of each Court.
