The Tea (Control of Prices, Distribution and Movement) Ordinance, 1960

Information to be furnished by blenders
16. Every blender shall furnish to the Controller-General 1[or, as the case may be, the Chairman] so as to reach him by the fifteenth day of each calendar month the following information, namely:-
 
 
 
 
(a) grade or variety and actual or estimated quantity of tea blended during the preceding calendar month;
 
 
 
 
(b) the actual or estimated cost of blending such tea ; and
 
 
 
 
(c) the manner in which and the persons to whom the blender proposes to dispose of the same.
