Presumption as to orders
28. (1) No order made in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Ordinance shall be called in question in any Court.
(2) Where any order purports to have been made and signed by an authority in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Ordinance, a Court shall, within the meaning of the
Evidence Act, 1872 presume that such order was so made by that authority.
