এই অধ্যাদেশ বেসামরিক বিমান চলাচল আইন, ২০১৭ (২০১৭ সনের ১৮ নং আইন) দ্বারা রহিত করা হইয়াছে।
An Ordinance to make better provision for the control of manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import and export of aircraft, the control and regulation of air transport services, and the control and development of aerodromes in Bangladesh.1♣

 
 
 
WHEREAS it is expedient to make better provision for the control of manufacture, possession, use, operation, sale, import and export of aircraft, the control and regulation of air transport services, and the control and development of aerodromes in Bangladesh;
 
 
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the seventh day of October, 1958, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-
