Delegation of powers
16. (1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that all or any of its powers under this Ordinance shall, in relation to such matters or subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, also be exercisable by the Director.
(2) The Director may, by order in writing, authorise the Administrator or any other officer to exercise and perform any of his powers and functions under this Ordinance.
