Management of accounts
59. The Authority shall maintain complete and accurate¬ books of accounts in such forms as may be prescribed. There shall be kept a capital account and a revenue account. The capital account shall show separately all expenditure incurred by the Authority on each im¬provement, Development and Re housing Scheme.
