13. (1) Every Director of the Corporation shall be entitled to receive such allowances or fees for attendance at meetings of the Corporation or its Committees or Sub Committees as may be prescribed by the Government in consultation with the Corporation. (2) The Government may allow the Chairman or any Director to receive such monthly remuneration as may be fixed by it, and in such case, such Chairman or Director shall not be entitled to any allowance or fee prescribed under sub section (1).
