19. (1) The Board may delegate such of its powers and duties as it may deem necessary for the efficient carrying on of its day to day administration under such conditions and limitations as it may specify to-(a) the Chairman or any Director, or(b) any Sub Committee appointed under section 17, or(c) the Chief Traffic Manager or any other officer or servant of the Corporation. (2) The Chairman may delegate such of his duties as he may deem necessary to the Chief Traffic Manager or any other employee of the Corporation.
