The Board may, with the previous sanction in writing of the Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance or the rules made thereunder-(a) for determining the qualifications required for the recruitment of Officers and servants of the Corporation and prescribing terms and conditions of their employment;(b) for determining the conditions under which gratuities and compensation may be paid to its officers and servants;(c) for establishing any Provident Fund for the benefit of its officers and servants and authorising the payment of contributions to any such Provident Fund; and(d) to provide for holding and conduct of election of the Directors under this Ordinance.
