MISCELLANEOUS

Certain persons to be deemed to be public servants
31. Every member of the Board and of every Committee constituted under this Ordinance, and every person appointed for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[* * *] Penal Code.
