An appeal, if presented within one month of the date of the order appealed against, shall lie to the Collector or Superintendent of Survey against every order of a Deputy Collector or of an Assistant Superintendent- (a) determining under section 8 the amount to be paid as the price of materials or labour supplied; (b) determining under section 10 the amount to be paid as compensation; (c) deciding a boundary-dispute; (d) imposing a fine under this Act.
