SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS

Chairman etc., deemed public servants
68. The Chairman, every Director, and every Officer, Advisor and servant of the Corporation, and the President and every member, officer and servant of the Tribunal, set up under section 40, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[* * *] Penal Code.
