Power to prohibit sale, etc.
13. The Government may, by general or special order in writing, direct any exporter, manufacturer or 1[trader] or class of exporters, manufacturers or 2[traders] not to transport, store, buy, sell, use or otherwise dispose of any jute or jute manufactures or jute or jute manufactures of any specified description except in accordance with such conditions as may be specified in the order.
