Delegation of powers
1[16. The Government may, by notified order, direct that any power conferred upon it by or under this Ordinance, shall in relation to such matters and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, be exercisable also by such corporation, authority, agency or officer as may be so specified.]
