Power to exempt
1[20A. The Government may, by order in writing, exempt, to such extent and subject to such conditions as may be specified therein, any person or class of persons or any kind or kinds of jute or jute manufactures, from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Ordinance or of any rule or order made thereunder.]
