In case of a dispute arising between a purchaser and a seller on account of-(a) deviation from sample when the purchase is made by sample;(b) deviation from standard when the purchase is made by a reference to an accepted standard;(c) difference between the actual weight of a container and the standard weight;(d) payment of price;(e) delivery of goods;(f) damage of goods;(g) admixture of foreign matters;(h) the presence of moisture in excess of the natural moisture content; and(i) such other matters as may be prescribed by rules,the dispute will be referred to the Market Advisory Committee for amicable settlement or, if necessary, for arbitration.
