(1) The Board shall appoint the following Committees, namely:-(a) Committee for Diploma Courses of Study;(b) Committee for Certificate Courses of Study;(c) Finance Committee;(d) Regulation Committee;(e) Selection Committee;(f) Appeal and Arbitration Committee;(g) Examination Committee;(h) Age Correction Committee; and(i) Such other Committee or Committees as the Board may consider necessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) The composition, powers and duties of the Committee under sub-section (1) shall be as may be prescribed.
